Issue: Notification Problem

Hey, for some reason, my account says I have a new notification permanently. I'm not sure what's going on, I've checked all my VMs and PMs, and I've already seen them all. Is this something that's been reported before? I've been on the site for years, and never seen anything like it. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

What kind of a notification is it? Click the dropdown arrow. It's probably a newly received comment, which you can only mark as read after you check back at the post from the link.

Have you had any liked posts? Like when someone clicks that Like button on one of your posts? I'm guessing it might be that.

Hmm, it seems to have sorted itself out. It said it was an unread visitor message when I clicked the drop down arrow. Ah well, it's fine now. :)

Usually VMing yourself then deleting the message (or having someone else do it - like I just did with you) will have the forum re-count how many unread VMs you have and should hopefully fix the notification. :]
