I don't know of any websites. You'd be better off using a file sharing program. Limewire or Shareaza are what I recommend.

Could always try Google. That's the best place to start (I can find Inuyasha songs, Kingdom Hearts songs, Final Fantasy songs, but never Pokemon songs that I want XD).
