Novice Wifi Battler Line up suggestion

So Im planning for this to be my line up and movesets, so far i'm almost there.
I'm a novice battler over wifi, and this is the first team i've ever put together

Blastoise
Surf
Ice beam
Mirror coat
Earthquake

Dragonite
Dragon Rush
Thunder Punch
Fly
Draco Meteor

Arcanine
Flamethrower
Will-o-wisp
Crunch
Extremespeed

Gengar
Shadow ball
Sludge Bomb
Hypnosis
Thunderbolt

Lucario
Aura Sphere
Close Combat
Extremespeed
Stone Edge

Venasaur
Petal Dance
Leech Seed
Earthquake
Sludge Bomb


Thats what im working toward, i have half of it done already.

Is this good? any switches or suggestions?
