I'll choose Loudred and Plusle as an example, I will change the sprite of one pokemon to include both of these two in a certain pose. (Loudred might be shouting or w/e and Plusle can be cowering)
The pokemon will be called LOUDRED and PLUSLE.

I change the text "A wild LOUDRED and PLUSLE appeared!" to "Look! It's a LOUDRED and PLUSLE!"
