Gym Master Beaver's Record: 6-4​

So, after a long hiatus following my dramatic loss in the top 8 of the Pokemon 10th Anniversary "Journey Across America" Regional Tournament in 2006, I have finally updated my team for the 4th generation and I will begin to take challengers on July 21, 2007!!!

First, the rules before the battle:

1. Make comments and suggestions on the rules via the PM system only

2. Post your intent to battle (for each challenge) as a reply on this thread

3. Communicate through the PM system after that initial post for scheduling

4. By battling you agree to allow me to post a report of each battle including the individual Pokemon match ups (to be posted in a reply/an example of this is below) as well as the overall result.

Second, the rules for the battle:

1. All challenges will be single battles with a total of 6 Pokemon each at level 100 (Level 50 might be accepted with good reason at my discretion).

2. Your team may not include more than one of any given Pokemon

3. Multiple team members can be holding the same item

4. No legends or Wobbuffet

5. A disconnect is a forfeit

6. Hackers will forfeit and be reported on this post

7. No evasion or one-hit kill moves

Third, the rules for after the battle:

1. Winners will receive a gym badge and if they do really well maybe a special Pokemon.

2. Rematches are permitted and encouraged

3. Your team used in the rematch may include all, some, or none of the Pokemon used in your previous challenge(s)

4. The Gym Master's team may include all, some, or none of the Pokemon that is included in your first match.

5. Make comments and suggestions on the rules and/or my team via the PM system only

Yeah . . . I learn a valuable lesson about which six team members (who are all great by themselves) do not battle well together.
