Nullifying Priority

Excluding Protect/Detect, is it feasible to create an ability that nullifies the priority of priority moves in Essentials?

Yep. Prankster increases the priority of status moves by 1. It's not impossible to imagine other effects affecting the priority of moves in other ways.

I don't know what Protect/Detect have to do with a move's priority, though.
