Colour Scheme: Never really been good on color choices, I'd go with something that fits Sanji, blue might be an option, just go wild though.

Border: Again not really picky here...but I find that single pixeled borders do the trick, but again experiment.

Anything Else: Well there is no need to rush this at all so do take your time on it, I'd prefer it to be pretty sweet looking and not rushed, ^_~.

My signature is made with CSS coding.

I don't know much about it, and this is my first time making a signature with it, so I'm still kinda new to all of it. ^^;

Yeah, Lucy said it was something to do with CSS, I never really got to grasps with CSS last year because I was too lazy and it wasn't needed.
