My fave so far is probably the Virbank Gym theme, the one which Roxie sings that "D.O.G.A.R.S. Song".

I'm pretty sure Ghetsis' theme was remixed because of the DENNIS! meme. N's battle theme was then remixed because Game Freak didn't want to slight him.

Haven't heard most of the tracks, although I really do like the Neo Team Plasma music.

There is no Neo in Team Plasma. Team Plasma exists only for the awesomeness of N and Ghetsis' themes.
