oekaki

Hey guys,

first of all sorry if this is the wrong forum for my question, but I havnt seen any forum for oekaki at all. I'd like to start doing it but for receiving a "permission to draw" there must be a link to a former drawing, but I dont know how i could create that drawing since i have no scanner at home. Could anyone tell me which software can be used to create oekaki-like stuff? I really like the idea of oekaki and i'd like to try it out! = ) Thank you for you help in advance.
