Exactly. It will be four months since my last name change tomorrow and I was planning on changing my name. This just gives me another reason to do it. :D

Since when was there a limit of username changes for someone to be qualified for this, why's it such a low count, and why wasn't I made aware of it? :(

Yeah, well to get PC IS MY LIFE you need to be known rather well over the forums. These things get decided by the staff, so the staff need to aware of your presence. I too, along with Nick, have never seen you before :\

Identity Issues emblem comes only if a staff member can't figure out who tf you are.
If we can tell who you are, it doesn't matter how many times you change your name, you've got no issues. =w=

And since I was the one who made the Lvl Up emblem, I'd like to throw this definition out there as well: It means that you're not a n00b/newb anymore and you're well liked by the community/you're able to help out where help is needed, etc. Although this is a really personally opinionated emblem, I thought it'd be fun to give to people who used to be super huge n00bs but somehow, somewhere, became not-super-huge-n00bs. |3

Plus, you're the ones who change the names.

Seems kinda easy to know who's who. :/

EDIT: I laugh at the genius for giving me the nice negative reputation comment. It was in the middle of an emblem debate, dumbass.

Only Assistant Admins and higher can change names, so Mods and SMods usually have no idea if a person has changed their name unless they check that thread or are made aware that a name has been changed - that said, not all AA's+ change names. Therefore the staff that give out the emblem usually have a perfectly good reason for giving it out.

I'll just have to try harder to confuse people. I usually go for the "Know Who I Am 'Cause You Wanna Get Away From Me" thing.

The thing with that is that's not you as a member. While it's fun to work for emblems, we don't encourage changing your natural posting habits or self in order to get emblems - they're awarded to members who show a natural talent/trait for something. By changing, you're taking yourself further away from getting an emblem you actually deserve; just like when you request an emblem, or say you think you deserve one, it's more than likely a staff member will feel you don't deserve it. Just go about your daily business and if a staff member thinks you deserve an emblem - or is confused as to who you are - you'll get one.
 
The problem with that is this - Everyone knows who I am. I'm too predictable. xD.

Also the thing with me and the identity issues emblem isn't when I can never ever tell who that person is, but rather when I first see them, I can't tell who they are at first.

For example, I couldn't tell who Elysium was when he changed his name, despite knowing him for... many many months now. So coupled with the fact that he changes his name at the drop of a hat, he received the emblem.
