I have like a glitch within a glitch(GSC). I cant duplicate any gyarados for some reason. I dont think shinies can be duplicated, but even my normal gyarados wont.

I can duplicate shinies, I duplicated a shiny Meowth and gave it to my brother on Silver. So I suppose its your game.
 
Okay heres a real one, in my gold version, I was walking the the Ilex forest right? So i see an item on the ground, i pick it up. The game starts back at the start screen and everythings black and white and there was a small buzzing sound. I had to start over cause i didn't save :'(

NO! First of all, your can only do this in the japanese verson and second of all. You got to go in, say no. Then, go back in, say no again. Then, go back say yes. Find one pokemon, don't catch it, just run away. Then, fly away to Cinnabar Island. Surf on the side. Don't catch any pokemon you see and then after every step, he will say your time is up. You will be back in the Safari Zone Office, walk out, and then you will be on Glitch City. Do not save, or you will be stuck forever. to leave, fly out.
 
Iv just started yellow again, since last time i only got to silph co and cba with it, and i got pretty far on it and turned it off, changed to gold for a bit, then i returned to yellow and it said new game, so i started and then the speach came up with oak and he was a big black square with numbers in red all over it, it was wierd, i took the cartridge out and blew it and my save game came back, this happened to anyone else?

I just tried to duplicate my eevee so I could own every evolution of it possible. I was finally at 4 eevee's (So I could get dark, light, electric, fire, and water I'd need 5) and I duplicated my last one.
But instead of getting a fifth eevee, I got the picture of an eevee but its name was Sudowoodo (which I also own!)! It has the moves of a sudowoodo, the NAME of a sudowoodo, the LEVEL of my sudowoodo, but the picture of an eevee
 
Wow then your game is messed up now!. You could of just threw a ditto and a Eevee in the daycare so you won't have to worry about worst effects.

here's a good one, i don't know if this is known yet, but do that thing (on RBY by the way) where u stand just outside of the screen then walk in and quickly press start and teleport/fly/etc away, but do it with a weak pokemon and only have them in your party (so one pokemon) now goto a trainer and get beat so it says PLAYER is out of usable pokemon, PLAYER blacked out! so ur at the pokecenter, now, DON@T SAVE or go and get a pokemon out of your box, otherwise missingno will appear in the next part, walk back to where u did the trainer thing, and now what that ttrainer WOULD have said will appear, u will fight him, if u die 2error is displayed when u press start, but if u win, walk right up to him and he will get into a fight with you, no exclamation will come up though, then beat him and u'll get into another fight with him, and again, and again!! there isn't a way iv found to get this off, but if there is, this means UNLIMITED EXP!

Whooah thats crazy wierd....
 
This is not a new cheat, simply stating that on the missingno cheat, if you have characters in your name such as the Male or Female symbols, instead of Missingno you will encounter a trainer with glitched pokemon. I fought a Channeller that had Flareon, Tauros, 3 glitches, and Nidorino.
 
That... is just plain freaky. I wish I could go to glitch town...
 
I remember a graphics glitch in Cerulian city on R/B/Y. Go to the route right underneith Cerulian City, to the right most walk way. Walk down the walkway and you will see rocks beyond the border to the right. Walk all the way down untill the rocks are not on the screen anymore. walk up and the rocks are gone. Go all the way up then back down and they're there again. Kinda wierd.

That is kind of freaky, but one question.. When you moved to the left you did not see the rocks then you move more up and you could see them?? Correct me if I'm wrong..

OOO! I've gotten that before! It was really weird!
Every pokemon I caught afterwards was 255, but my current pokemon were the same level.

I can't remember if you could do it going left and right. All I remember is me being as far right as possible, then going up and down.
