I can confirm! USUM fixed the bug where Beldum couldn't be caught: [Dataminer's post]

I tested it and it worked just fine in USUM :)

Yes it has the classic ribbon,a modest nature....It was met at level 50 in a lovely place and apparently had a fateful encounter
