Um... remind me, why are we shifting the date forward? April is too long to wait, and there's no real reason to move it forward... we should just get it over and done with... >_>;

And if we're going on an semi-annual basis, it's best to start it in March... otherwise, it's just... weird... *sighs*

I think it may be because Light can't help in early June/May.Could(most likely) be wrong.

And Carlito, the time in between prelims and finals is when you campaign. I was just pre-campaigning, but now everybody's copying me. >_>;

Umm...If it's moved back won't that mean that Brit and FG had a shorter run then the others? And not by a month or so, it'd be by a lot O_o Just get your campaigns and everything ready in that time.
