On Donpahan evs should be 252 HP / 224 DEF / 36 ATT. Alternately you can just go 252 DEF / 252 HP / 6 Att. However the first ev spread does more damage to stuff.

Use Relaxed Nature if you want Psychic which is special and Earthquake which is physical, just so you get the full potential out of each move without a - att or a - sp.att nature.
