    Hello

I have a nearly complete set of original pokemon cards that have been in storage for decades. I'm clearing out my parents basement and I dont know what to do with them. I'm sure they are of value to someone...I see a lot of cards are holographic and have first edition stamps on them...how do I go about authenticating them to sell? I live in Ohio if that makes a difference...is there a physical place I can go to have them valued/sell them?

    Thanks!

Hey there Jess! I moved your post over to its own thread in TCG so you could get the answers you're looking for.

You can authenticate cards using services like PSA, and sell them either on eBay or to your local game store (anywhere that sells comics and other collectibles). Having cards authenticated though can be expensive, plus they will automatically "grade" your card, and if it doesn't grade very well, it can significantly reduce the price.

So the choice is entirely up to you to make.
