  1. You can have as many Red Gyarados as you want in one game because of the one in the lake of rage and any other one that is shiny by some chance
  2. Professor Oak is nothing different seeing the pictures. If you draw a monkey now it would look different than if you drew it 10 years ago or 10 years later.
 
What that makes no sense. The Lake of Rage isn't anywhere near Sinnoh so the Gyarados are obviously different specimen. Jasmine being at Sunnyshore, however, allows us to conclude that by the time the Gen IV protagonist reaches Sunnyshore, the Gen II protagonist has already defeated Jasmine and given the circumstances, is probably in Kanto.

well the battle zone could be the same island as blackthorn and closer to johto so she could get there easier and back on topic, i dont care any more
