Can I get something clarified please?

If for example I had an Arceus obtained through AR that could trigger the Sinjou Ruins Event, would the Giratina/Dialga/Palkia I got from it be legal? If it is, would it be acceptable to trade that level 1 pokemon here?

I have obtained a Magmortar from the GTS:

- Non shiny
- Modest
- Aug. 19, 2008
- OT: PKTOPIA
- ID NO: 06257
- Lovely place (this is what made curious o.O)
- Apparently had a fateful encounter at lvl 50.

Events that require items (such as tickets) or in this case, a pokemon, to activate that have already been released are considered legal. As the hacked item and/or pokemon has no effect on the event pokemon, other than activating it, or course.

Yes, it would be fine to trade.

Ticket hacking is legal if the event has been released.

Characteristic: Somewhat vain.

My FC is in my sig (because I can't remember it), and I should be available for trade the next few hours.

Just because its basic information is correct doesn't mean it's not hacked. Mostly all the hacked pokemon we find have the correct basic information.
 
Ow, that's a bummer.. I figured if that was correct that it would be legit.

Well, problem is I can't clone. I'll have it cloned and send you or TwilightBlade a copy as soon as possible. Sorry for my ignorance.
