To check classic/premier ribbon, you'd need a flashcart or know someone with a flashcart. Idk anyone atm.

Although primitive, pokecheck is all we have available at the moment. If the unreliability bothers you, trade more with trusted members/OTs.

The Smeargle is hacked. In the 4th generation for wild Pokemon (Smeargle is in an Ultra Ball), Docile hex flawless IVs can only have 1 possible PID. *smogon.com link removed*.

Yes, the ID number can legally start with 0.

Wish 07898 is hacked; well known Pokesav distribution.

Some one here put it through the GTS hack check thing and it came up as a hack, the other 2 regi's I have also came up that way, but I got them my self, that's why it's confusing??
