Pushing morals aside, the offspring will pass a legal.exe hack check and can be traded and used in battle (frontier/pbr too).

i can't check my pkmn, cause i cant duplicate,
but can i ask a question here?
i think it suits the thread :)

if i dont have an AR, and i get pokesav to check IV's,
and DO NOT ALTER GAME when exiting, will my pkmn become hacked?
and if i clone with pokesav (can you clone?) will that turn out hacked?

Many things define a hacked Pokémon. Loading a Pokémon into Pokésav isn't one of them.

I also think your understanding of Pokésav is incorrect. When you use Pokésav, you load the Pokémon file into the program, not the actually Pokémon.

Why would you have to load the file to duplicate it? It's a file, copy and paste works fine.

However, even if you did load it into sav and save it as a different file it would not appear as a hack unless you changed something.

We use legal.exe, which checks for legality, or being within game limits, including checking the EVs, SID, PID, trash bytes, checksum, hex data, and all that jazz.
