Could someone donate the TM for Shock Wave for a poor Soul Silver trainer who just wants to be able to never lose to their rival again? X3 Really though, I'm sorta not kidding. I can offer (or try to) you something in return, but I won't have much. I'm only at the 3rd gym.

If any of you can catch a pikachu for me that'd be amazing! see, the thing is, is i want a pikachu throughout the rest of my game in Soul Silver.
 
I need a metal coat, and it'd be nice if a nice soul could give me one for free on HeartGold....
