It's not hacked. It says 10 anniversary in the ID. I got it from a guy on this forum.
Just because it has an ID of 00010 doesnt mean its a LEGIT theres a thing called poke.sav that lets you alter anything on a pokemon, trust me your celebi is hacked NO 10th ANNIVERSARY CELEBI CAN BE SHINY....

Thank you, No 10th Anniversary can be shiny infact it isnt even possible at all to get a shiny celebi, unless you know how to RNG Abuse in HG/SS which is hard due to needed research
No 10th Anniversary Pokemon can be shiny case closed

If its a an event pokemon you get from an event ds. Such as game stop deoxys events like that wont be shiny unless the event is a shiny pokemon.yes but not that event celebi

Trust me im not trying to steal any pokemon when i know its hacked nor would i steal a pokemon ever just simply trying to prove that it is hacked, i dont want hacks and neither should people be offering them :/
