In need of a Ground type pokemon

Does anyone have a ground type pokemon that knows earthquake is atleast level 45?, I really would like one, I just started my platinum over and i need a good one for a scientist i cant beat, I dont have much to trade, but message me for details if you can do it.

And not untill HG/SS is it possible to get a Shiny Lugia/Ho-Oh so good luck finding someone that can RNG Them for you, unless you were lucky enough to have the Navel Rock ticket and reset untill you find a shiny one :D

I need a level 100 legendary, I'd like to have Dialga, or Palkia, for my platinum and I can give it back from my diamond.
