Need a Poochyena for my brother's birthday.

My brothers birthday is coming up and I was thinking of getting him his favorite pokemon as a present. His favorite pokemon is a poochyena. I would like it to be strong (say, over level 60) and if possible, to be named "Poochy"

You see, he had a Poochyena on PMD named Poochy.

Because of that, I have a few boxes full of UT charmendars.

im sorry but how are they untrained? where they rare candyed to those levels..?
 
shame if they werent rare candyed then i might have been interested
doesnt using rare candy make them alot weaker then they could have been
as they dont get EV points?

You can still EV them yourself. Rare candies themself do not make a pokemon weak, it's just a general statement because a pokemon who is rare candied to 100 can no longer be EV trained. Rare candies used before, during, or after EV training do not take away from or affect EV training in any way to my knowledge. As long as the pokemon does not hit 100 before completely EV training it.
