Looking for low level eevee's, would love them to come holding their respective evolution items if possible =x

restarting the game because my other was stolen, and would love an all eeveelution team, but all i have are bidoof's... any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi there, everyone. I'm looking for a pretty high leveled Wiggytuff with a good moveset. Not for competitive battling, so EV training isn't required.
I can try doing some Egg Move Pokemon and breed Pokemon such as the starters (Chimchar w/ ThunderPunch, for example), Feebas and Castform, among others. I have a Ditto, too.
