Focus sash = 2 pkmn
Leftovers = 3 pkmn
Quick Claw = 2 pkmn
Life Orb = 4 pkmn

In each group trade you can also have any evolution stone as a bonus.

ok i've already got some trades so heres the pokemon i no longer need; caterpi vulpix omnyte oddish poliwag kadabra execute lickitung kobuto pineco and thats it and i've got another set of charamanders

Rotom- Naughty nature
Mespirit- Quiet
