Need help transferring Sinnoh starters, events, and HGSS unobtainables(few of these)from Platinum to SoulSilver. VM if you can help out.

I'm looking for an elekid and or meditite, any level. I don't have much to offer since this is the first pokemon game I'v played and I just started but I could breed a cyndaquil, dratini, larvitar.
