I just looked around Smogon for it, had personal help from Diabolico, and also read Alternative's guide.
I can help, since I think I have gotten the knack of it with a almost a box full of RNG Abused Pokemons.
Are you using a DS or a DSi to start with?

Do you already have the different programs required for RNG abuse? RNG Reporter and PikaTimer? I was asking if you are using the DSi because it has a delay of loading games, unlike the regular DS.

I suggest you get both since Pikatimer would help you hit your seed.

Sure, no problem. Just a tip. You don't really need to calibrate for your initial seed. Putting 444 on calibrated delay and 14 on the Calibrated second on Pikatimer will do. You Wanted / Delay and second will be just the manipulated variables. *I use 444 because I also own a DSi. It has a 0.6s delay of loading games, so putting 444 on Pikatimer will adjust your 1st Timer by subtracting 0.6s and adding it to your 2nd Timer. The "press A to load your game from DS menu when 1st Timer reaches 0" instruction is the one I'm talking of.

Anyone know how to RNG wild Pokemon in grass/caves/water? I would really like to know how this is done in HGSS as I can't find any guides on the internet explaining how. I can only find how to RNG legends.
