Question: are you RNG abusing in HGSS or DPPt? Cause IVs are super easy in HGSS. You just need to hit another seed and then make a few elm calls. Sometimes they skip, but it's REALLY not that hard. Only the Hidden Power spreads are a bit annoying.

Then really, IVs aren't hard. If you're having trouble it's probably because your DS skips a few frames at the beginning, but if you can catch it it's not a big deal.
