Syn says ass=dumb. so I'm an ass cause i do dumb stuff like try to breed night slash onto a shinx instead of crunch which it eventually gets.

Why would you use Night Slash when Crunch is better anyway? Also you forgot that Rayquaza can breed. :D

So I'm beginnning to believe RNG on my HG is broken.. I hit all 10 of my Elms, had a frame of 12, dropped them off called Joey 5 times(Joey calls advances frames by 2?), hatched three eggs, none of them were shiny, or my nature.

You start on frame one, calling Joey five times would give you a frame of 11. Thus you wouldn't be picking up your egg on the right frame. Always pick an odd frame number, even frame numbers get kind of crazy.
