yeah you can. But all shiny manaphys are considered hacks though. Game Freak, or whatever, didnt play on making the manaphy shiny. So if you try to upload a video with it at the GTS, it wont go =/

But Flawless mamnphys are fine :3

Actually it is possible to get a completely legal shiny Manaphy.

You cannot unless you have an AR code for checking Effort Values. I heard that some people use Pokesav to check EV's, I don't know the whole process though.

This just means you weren't close enough to your second/delay.

How exactly DO you find the seconds? I already got my delay from the calibration part, though.

Just widen your seconds frame, and it should tell you where you landed when you started mashing. Don't take my word for it, as i have yet to breed flawless mons.
