Heyheyhey HP Ground was useful back in gen IV in order to hit Skuntank which otherwise killed it in NU ;D

Espeon's movesets and stuff are all for UU but Smogon just never got around to updating it for NU is all. Not that there's any point in updating it now since BW isn't too far off.
