A Pokemon that resembles Charmander, but it's green, and has those large ear-like things on Rayquaza's head, and it magically floats around with no legs.

This is what happens when a sudowoodo gets drunk and falls asleep next to the beach.
it has a horn on its head and a red jewel under the horn and has tentcales were it arms are and feet. it is also blue and hates...ground.

Its a dopey unwanted unloved normal pokemon commonly found.

Bulbasaur's bulb went through the Fall season, causing it to "evolve" by losing all but one leaf of that bulb. Said leaf is Fall-colored and gives off a sweet scent.
