thunderbolt has 95 base power, cannot miss unless the opponent uses double team, minimize, sand attack, etc and/or is holding brightpowder or lax incense.

shock wave has 60 base power and doesn't miss. most people don't use accuracy/evasion modifiers SO SHOCK WAVE IS A WASTE OF A MOVESLOT

so now can you tell me how shock wave is better then thunderbolt by using logic instead of saying it is because you said so?
