I really try not to talk about it too much save for the "every now and then."
But the reason I've been talking about it so much lately is because the GO games and Inazuma Eleven 3 (the latter of which I'd already played in Japanese) had been impossible for me to play for years. Thanks to region-locking and Level-5 America only localizing the first of the games (whereas Europe's on GO2, the fifth title), I had no way of playing anything past 2 as emulators just aren't there yet for the 3DS.
That's the whole reason I decided to watch the show, it was the only way for me to know what happened past 2. Didn't even want to watch it- as an anime fan, I'm aware of how bad/boring game adaptations can be but...by God that show was fun as hell. No regrets at all. Ended up going back and watching the whole thing.
...not that that's related. My point is that I got a way to play the GO games (legally, too) and all of this pent up excitement I've had is just teeming from my words. It helps that the games are actually better the originals, too; something I wasn't expecting (not to this extent, at least).
