Sweden's song was boring but the staging was creative. Would probably do well even if you weren't in a tactical voting block.

Eurovision is absolutely huge. Pretty much the only thing that legitimately brings Europe's people together.

The submissions and the circumstances that surround them are often really telling of their country's current cultural state of affairs. A lot of them are creative, forward thinking or funny.

...Though most of the stuff is bland schlager or pop.

We beat Germany and France, that's literally all that matters.

Still don't like Sweden's song but yeah, cool performance.
