Yeah, new games, respite from Summer Classes, new DBZ abridged, and my No-Sword run of Zelda is going fantastically. Plus I ate actual food today, so that was nice, too.

Though since I'm so relaxed, I'm going to need to push myself to do something productive.

GoT and Daredevil are god-tier, I haven't seen MLP though. You should definitely finish Daredevil imo

Supergirl's pilot was so ass it's unreal

There needs to be a Scott Pilgrim show, live-action or otherwise.

I've never really liked comics, largely because the characters are drawn to be human and wear ridiculous things, by extension making them look ridiculous. Add in tragic back story, their superpower only made complicated by the fact that it's generalized or their training, and a very stupid name that isn't really dumb until you take a look at it, and you've got a superhero, ladies and gentlemen!

Apart from them generally looking silly, they had different characters but samey stories and more unintentional silliness in the way of names, power generalization, multiverses, and the comics being connected. It wasn't until recently that I realized that there was no real reason that all comics had to exhibit these traits, it makes no sense, so now it's pretty much mainly only DC and Marvel that I don't like.

Problem is, they're the only ones that get TV shows and movies (shockingly, you'd think the masses would look down on stuff like that). Other comics are horribly underrepresented, and that's where the mass variety and diversity of comic books comes from. It's sad, really. But it's really a matter of money and who can use that to push their work up into the eyes of the masses, and DC/Marvel(/Mark Millar) certainly have that in the bag.

Twilight-kun: I haven't read Invincible yet, I'll give it a try. MLP's got a bit of a reputation so idk, there's so much drama around it

machomuu: I'm a massive fan of the Valiant comics, they probably have the best continuity, characters, and no ridiculous costumes and names. I'm still a Marvel and DC fan, but they're seriously screwing up their universes. Their shows are actually alright - Daredevil, Flash and Agents of Shield are great shows for nerds x) The movies are starting to get tiresome, though.
