That's why it's a gray area, really.

And it's worse given most people, particularly those in government, see it as a no-no. So this is pretty surprising- for anything, really. Like, you're definitely not going to see something like that in Japan. Or most places, really.

Well it's just that there's nothing wrong with wanting people to see your work. Unless you aesthetically start yelling, "LOOK AT ME! I DRAW", people might be genuinely interested in what you have to offer.

But honestly, I didn't even know you had a link there until you mentioned it, if that says anything.

But macho, your eye blood is so tasty.
Really, though, it wasn't that bad. It seemed like it had some alignment issues, if I recall, but it wasn't bad.

I assume you mean the barfy green one with the pictures and the huge numbers.

Point of it was for me to experiment with what you can and cannot do with MAL's system. The usability or aesthetic had been given no thought.
It proved great motivation to make me actually pull through and fix it, though. AKA find a nice-looking design somewhere to nick and edit. Might give custom images another shot in the future.

Actually coding in and trying to add content in CSS alone is difficult, since all I've got is a HTML (I'm one of those fuckers that pronounce H with a H-sound at the start, hence the indefinite article "a") course back in high school and some experience in throwing copy-pasted css-divs at forum signatures and seeing what sticks.
