Apologies for my derpiness. PlatinumDude gave an immensely in-depth answer last time, but due to my refusal to use Rotom because of how massively cliche it is, I ended up taking matters into my own hands. I've now ended up with a team which on paper looks pretty good, but has not been doing well. Help much appreciated, PlatinumDude- I'M SORRY

    Galvantula
Hasty speed 252 sp attack 252 compoundeyes
    focus sash
    sticky web
    bug buzz
t-wave (should I make this toxic?)
    thunder

    Mega Aggron
Adamant evs in defense and attack, filter
    stone edge
    curse
    earthquake
    iron head

    Gyarados
Adamant evs in speed and attack moxie
    life orb
    dragon dance
    waterfall
thrash (chosen over ice fang purely to hit rotom-w)
    earthquake

    Hitmontop
    help with nature and evs?
    leftovers
    rapid spin
    foresight
    close combat
    earthquake or toxic (which?)

    Gengar
Timid 252 speed and sp attack
    item?
    sludge bomb
    dazzling gleam
    shadow ball
    destiny bond

    Goodra
Calm 252 hp and sp def
    weakness policy
    dragon pulse
    thunderbolt
    flamethrower
    focus blast

Help much appreciated, it's been failing. Thanks!

I'd rather have Galvantula not use status-inflicting moves like Thunder Wave and Toxic; it's just too frail for that role. Either use Hidden Power Ice to hit Gliscor and Landorus or Energy Ball/Giga Drain if Galvantula's Hidden Power isn't the right type.

Mega Aggron should focus on a support/tank role rather than trying to set up with Curse. Maxing out its Attack and Defense is the wrong way to do this; it leaves its lower Special Defense rather exposed:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Iron Head/Heavy Slam
    -Thunder Wave/Ice Punch
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

    or
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Iron Head/Heavy Slam
    -Earthquake/Ice Punch
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

Thrash is a terrible move to be locked into. Having a move solely to hit Wash Rotom is a waste of a move slot. If you really want to get Wash Rotom that badly, use Mega Gyarados, which has Mold Breaker to ignore Levitate. But this means you'll have to replace Aggron with something else, as only 1 Pokemon per player can Mega Evolve per battle. Also, Stone Edge is an okay move to use against Wash Rotom, IMO:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Bounce
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

    or
    -Substitute/Taunt
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Earthquake/Bounce
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 120 HP/64 Atk/100 Def/224 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate

or (use Mega Gyarados if you're really that desperate)
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Earthquake
    -Bite/Stone Edge/Substitute
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 32 HP/252 Atk/224 Spe
    Item: Gyaradosite
    Ability: Intimidate

Note that Mega Gyarados has different counters than regular Gyarados, so you can choose not to Mega Evolve Gyarados to eliminate Mega Gyarados' counters as regular Gyarados before Mega Evolving.

Continuing from above, here are suitable replacements for Mega Aggron if you choose to use Mega Gyarados:

    Ferrothorn:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip/Protect
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/208 Def/48 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Iron Barbs

    Skarmory:
    -Spikes/Stealth Rock
    -Whirlwind
    -Roost
    -Defog/Brave Bird
    Nature: Impish/Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef or 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet/Shed Shell
    Ability: Sturdy

There are better Rapid Spinners out there than Hitmontop, like Excadrill:
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head/Rock Slide
    -Rapid Spin
    -Swords Dance/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Air Balloon/Leftovers
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rock Slide
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 120 HP/136 Atk/252 SDef (Adamant) or 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Jolly)
Item: Assault Vest (Adamant)/Choice Scarf (Jolly)
    Ability: Mold Breaker

Focus Blast would be the better option over Dazzling Gleam, IMO, though the accuracy bites.

Dragonite and Aegislash use Weakness Policy better than Goodra can because of Multiscale and good all-round bulk, respectively. Specially defensive Goodra also misses Leftovers recovery:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Thunderbolt/Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Blast/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Modest/Quiet
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SAtk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Specs/Assault Vest
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

    or
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Flamethrower
    -Thunderbolt
    -Toxic/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

I'd give Galvantula a choice specs and give it Thunder and Bug Buzz.

I'd give Mega Aggron EVs in special defense and attack and give him an Assault Vest to boost his special defense further. I would also give it Heavy Slam, seriously, Mega Aggron weighs 870 pounds, it outweighs the bulk of Pokemon by a rather large margin. There are not many Pokemon who even come close to this weight.

I would personally not use Hitmontop. He doesn't have much going for him. I think think of about a dozen fighting types that would work out better.

    Gengar looks OK.

I'd give Goodra maybe a Focus Sash or something to recover hp myself. You have it set up as a special wall.

Personally, I would give it counter, rest, ice beam, and Rain Dance. why? No one will see it coming. The opponent will use a physical attacker Vs goodra, which is why you use Counter Unless you get hit by a very strong physical ice attack, you can't really lose. Also, if I remember right, you won't lost a turn from using Rest while it's raining if you have Hydration, since it heals status ailments every turn and the biggest threat will be someone using Thunder on it. Goodra's a special wall that resists thunder.

    1. Galvantula already has Bug Buzz and Thunder. Its greatest tool is Sticky Web and giving it Choice Specs reduces the number of opportunities it can use it, then attacking afterward by limiting Galvantula to one move while it's on the field, hence why Life Orb (to give it a near-equal amount of power) and Focus Sash (to ensure Galvantula gets Sticky Web up) are preferred.
    2. Aggron is only good in its Mega form. If you're using its regular form, you're doing it wrong, as it has common weaknesses to Water, Fighting and Ground (the latter two are especially painful as they're 4x weaknesses). The two sets I posted take advantage of Mega Aggron's defensive capabilities the best. Besides, there are better Assault Vest users out there.
    3. Special walling is one of the things Goodra does best. Being a bulky Special tank is the other thing. Ice Beam is redundant with Goodra's Dragon STAB and if you have it as your only attacking move, you're doing it wrong. Goodra is also too bulky to utilize Focus Sash; also, Focus Sash is a one-time item. Counter is also a gimmick, unless it's used by Wobbuffet. I highly doubt that HydraRest is effective this gen because of the rain nerf. If Goodra is to be using Rain-Rest, it must be paired with Politoed (and you need support to keep it alive) and this team doesn't have it (and wouldn't be a good fit on this team anyway).

I don't want to go mega with Gyarados, because of one thing and one thing only. Moxie. If I can get one dragon dance up, with Moxie I can sweep unprepared teams, and I have done multiple times. Couple dragon dance with galvantula sticky web, Gyarados has been outspeeding flipping greninjas, and one shots almost everything! But thank you so much for going into another hugely in-depth answer after I completely disregarded your last one and ran myself into the ground-this time I will listen!

For Mega Gyarados, this is the rare case when you can hold off of Mega Evolution until the right time. In your case, once Gyarados has acquired a Moxie boost or two, you can Mega Evolve, keep your Moxie boosts and use Mold Breaker Earthquake to take out Wash Rotom..
