ok, but don't bother with Speed and give those EVs to either Sp. Attack or Sp. Defence. Also, Waters have no Physical weaknesses, so you should give more Sp. Defence or Sp. Attack and less defence.

well, too lazy to give a full rating, but put "rapid spin" over "rest" on blastoise. the minute blastoise rests, he's dead anyway. if anything, something's just gonna come in and set up and then sweep your entire team. blastoise has good defense but it's not THAT good... so instead of wasting a moveslot i recommend rapid spin to get rid of annoying leech seed/spikes. you can also try "counter".
