I'm the guilty one ^^
Since PokéCommunity is so big with so many members and interests, it would be a giant mess if we let all kinds of topics go in the same section. So we have sections for all the different pokémon games, for Pokémon Anime, Pokémon TCG, for other Video Games, for forum Roleplaying,
sections where topics like your question here would fit and really anything you can think about would fit in one of our many sections.
Pokémon General, the place right here, is for when you have a pokémon topic that doesn't fit in the gaming sections or the sections listed below. It's a catch-all for topics that encompass several media or simply doesn't have a media (such as theory threads, those fit here!).
"Moved" means that your topic fit better in a different section and therefore was moved there. Or merged with an existing, similar thread. Click the thread in the index and it will take you to its new place. So make sure to check one extra time where your topic would fit next time. It's all to make it easier, so it's a pity if it complicates things ^^
