    I just ordered the english Manga for $7.00 canadian. I like the dub, as it was ... okay. The story line intrigued me into it, and I feel buying the manga for $7.00 a peice is something I can and should do. So, How good is it?
     
    why did you buy it? you know you could've downloaded for free....right?
     
    Or, maybe people like having the original's, or not being illegal. :/ That's possible you know.

    And, I hated the dub. >.< The japanese version is much better in my opinion. I personally think One Piece got butchered in the dub.
     
    Some people just like the feeling of owning the manga really. Plus it supports the creator..

    But yeah, buying the manga is worth it.

    It isn't an opinion. It's a fact that the dub was terrible. And it was butchered - it made me cry when I watched it cause it was so terrible. They totally ruined the anime.

    Thank God 4kids has stopped their reign of terror.

    Also, the first time I saw One peice was the dub, so don't blame me.
    Luffy's voice SUCKED.

    Hehe. I buy the books and read scans. (The books are outrageously cheap here. :) )

    And about the dub, I never seen it so I can't give ridiculously rude comments about it. :(
     
    I cannot stand the English Dub of One piece XD It's so bad it makes me want to rip my ears off, but I manage to convince myself that ripping my ears out wouldn't be a very good idea =] So I watch the Japanese one.

    I have a few chapters of the One piece manga, I gave some money to one of my friends so that she went on holiday to Japan she could get me a few =P
