Ever wanted to tell a Pokemon story? Then this is the place for you!
Here's how the game works:
I will start a Pokemon story, and each person should contribute 2-8 paragraphs to continue it, all the way until the story ends. Then we start again with a new story.
The three rules to keep in mind:
1. Keep it clean (no excessive violence/profanity)
2. Stay within the Pokemon universe (no bringing in characters from other games/anime)
3. Be consistent with what has already been posted

Now, here's our first story!
Ash studied the small glass flute in his hands. "We collected all that soot...for this?"
"I don't see how a flute could help us in our journey, either, so I'm just as confused as you are, Ash." Misty replied.
"Hmm..." Ash looked at the small instrument a little while longer, then offered it to Brock. "Maybe...you have an idea of how to use it?"
"Sssh...listen." Brock shushed as the group entered a grassy clearing. A clear high pitched singing filled the air.
"What was that?" Misty asked, trembling.
"I-I don't know..." Ash stammered. "W-What if it's a ghost or something?"
"Pika...." Pikachu was scared too. The strange song continued for a minute, then fell silent.
"Now it stopped...weird..." Misty noted. "I wonder what it was?"
"Well, we won't find out if we just sit here afraid." Ash sighed. "o you guys have any ideas on how to make the singing start again?
"I might have one...but I'll need to borrow your glass flute to do it, Ash." Brock explained. Ash handed his instrument to Brock, who proceeded to step out of the brush into the open.
"What's he going to do?" Misty asked. Ash just shrugged.
Brock started by blowing a few long notes with the flute. Surprisingly, the strange song answered him back! Next, he tried a few scales. The song answered him back a second time! An Altaria appeared in front of Brock, swaying and singing with the music.
"Wow!" Misty was awed by the spectacle.
"Pika..." But Pikachu was more interested in watching Brock perform than the strange bird Pokemon....
