Online & Offline lives.

I keep mine entirely separate. I have friends online (not so much on PC but across the other forums I frequent) and friends offline as well, but they do not mix. Nobody knows that I visit Pokémon forums (except family, although their idea of what forums are is pretty vague) and I don't really tell anyone because my social life would probably take a blow if somebody found out I go on Pokémon forums. Well, not so much anymore, now that I've finished school and I'm around friends more and acquaintances less, but it would still be hindered a bit. People online know about my real life (apart from details like the town I live in etc.) but not the other way around.

I keep them separate from each other because I know my life would be turned upside down if the offline people knew what I did online. A few of my online friends are my friends irl though so they know the online and offline me.

It depends. I don't go into gushing detail about my online life to most people offline; it's not relevant and I don't want to bother explaining PC to them. It's not that I don't want them to know ever, I'm just a lazy person, really. :) For close family members I might tell a few things here and there. My sister probably knows the most about what I do on the Internet and even then she doesn't know terribly much. It was kind of weird to have her go "Sam stop being hung up over your position on a Pokemon forum" every once in awhile when I'd get oddly upset about not being on staff. XD;

As for the other way around, I'm pretty cool with telling my close online friends just about anything that goes on outside the Internet. Doesn't bother me any.

I don't keep them apart my friends know about you guys. Also I tell you what my friends and I do.

I have a hard time keeping them separate, so I don't bother. I consider my Internet friends like friends irl and I tell my irl friends what's going on here~

i only have one friend in real life and hes my best friend ,who knows i play pokemon -shemellon- id merge them because theres no way it can have an negative impact on my life -shemellon- thats the positive of being lonely ........... -shemellon-
