Name: Rumble

Pokemon Species: Reuniclus

Gender: Male

History/Background:
Rumble has a reason he is so aggressive; he was made in a laboratory in Veilstone City in the year of 2007, 13 years before the war started, and was meant to torture and capture other Pokemon, which then were sold at the Veilstone Store. That, until he realized his powers grew stronger and stronger over the time. Of course, his incredibly intelligent brain the humans gave him had developed an escape plan, from those small Poke-Balls.

12 years of hiding in the Oreburgh sewers passed. 1 year before the war. Rumble read about the inevitable war between the Pokemon and humans in a torn paper - it was then when he decided to take part in it. But first he decided to lengthen his powers. As a psychic-type Pokemon, Rumble could teleport. He teleported inside Oreburgh's human secret base laboratory-armory from the sewers below it and stole all the weapons, fuel, bullets and gadgets he could get, as well as the blueprints for new gadgets and the sources of the fuels. Flamethrowers, Shockwave Grenades, Drill Harpoons, Nanotech armor, Camouflage Devices, all were stolen***. He found out he could implement those weapons into his body - in his protective fluid. With the armor on, the flamethrower on his left hand, the drill harpoons on the right hand which had a shooter glove on, used to throw the shockwave grenades, he trained on using them, found out how to make bullets and fuel for his flamethrower, all this down on his secret place in the sewers.
So he left secretly for Jubilife City, just in time to hear the Commander's cry.


Personality:
Rumble is a killing machine. Literally. He just likes crushing squishy humans with his enormous fists imbued with psychic power, or with technologically advanced guns and gadgets. He was made especially for hurting Pokemon, that gave him experience in battle. The 172 IQ brain the humans gave him developed feelings, feelings of hatred for humans, because he realized what he was doing to Pokemon was just plain wrong - but not only because of that. He wants to get revenge for being used - just like the other Pokemon he captured. Yes, he is vengeful, and a maniac. He likes to work alone - he believes he can do everything. The feelings of joy and hapiness haven't been developed yet by his incredible brain. But his theory is that if he can unite with the PR, he can find the meaning of those, even if it's through a terrible and cruel war. But the current Rumble - the vengeful Rumble - has no regrets or drawbacks for joining the Pokemon.

tl;dr: He's a cold-hearted killer, a maniac who likes to kill, who feels no remorse, only avenging hapiness. (that is bound to change after a while)


Appearance: With all his weapons and gadgets equiped, implemented in his green protective fluid, he looks like a mechanized monstrosity. Without them, he looks like a cute animal traped in a green prison.
His left hand is where the Flamethrower is - a small but wide pipe emerges from the upper part of his fist, you can see the gun trapped in the green liquid in his arm. He only uses his left hand to punch or cut his enemies.
Drill Harpoons and Shock Grenades are loaded in the shooter-glove on his right hand.
With the Blue Nanotech armor which is inside his fluid, protecting his small body, making it almost invulnerable to physical damage.

[due to him using only his guns, his moves have 2/3 decreased effectiveness, meaning Psychic is only used to move objects, and recover restoring only 1/6 of his hp, and has a long "cooldown"]

vi) Drill Harpoons

***I'm not a god-mode douchebag. I just pictured this amazing (for me, at least) character and I'm not going to overspam his powers for teh win. If you want the gun thing out (for reasons like "Pokemon should not get human guns" or w/e), just tell me. Also sorry if it's too long I had inspiration xD

P.S. I really love this RP, because this war combined my love for Pokemon, my feeling that they need to be in something more serious than an adventure-tiem game featuring a 10 years old kid and a dream of winning the Pokemon League, and the awesomeness of GUNS AND CARNAGE, BABY!

That's what I wanted to accomplish ;) Scary, and capable. xD
Yeah he did need a nerf on his actual Pokemon powers because I could make him Teleport wherever he wanted to, Psychic to do extreme damage due to his natural stats, Recover to just heal him (the humans would be like "Woo baby he's almost killed -after alot of bullets going through his liquid and armor- *recover* Aw damnit!") lol so anyway I didn't want all that.

What I didn't steal anything D: But Flamethrowers and Shockwave Grenades do seem more exciting than napalm rounds and rocket launchers ..

Don't forget he's a scientist too, he can make Pokemon guns if he has the materials. Also he can make new guns.. from the blueprints.

I'm making it now ;) I just don't know where to start D: Maybe interfere with your battle with Wade? Or not? (Damn I'm not good at these things xD)

EDIT: I know it's small for an intro, but anything else would be too much in my opinion. I just needed to make him contact at least 1 of the Pokemon, and we'll see what happens.
