:: Heh heh! This might be good! Well, it sounded like that in my head! ::
Not based off of anything, this is an original RPG! Not too many of those anymore...
The year is 2061. The majority of the human race is enslaved. Except for a group of Rebels called The Resistance. Instead of the kind of enslavement you are thinking about, they are kept in a dome. In a dome with no chance for escape. With no weak spots. Yet, somehow, the resistance gets inside to perform raids.
The Planet Earth now has a barrne landscape, where no creature could live, and is devoid of any lifeforms. So the Human Race was moved to a new planet, named Ebion, just a few million miles out of the solar system.
Even though the dome takes up a lot of space, it is just too small for all of the beings who exist, and are being born. So there is a chain of domes covering the surface of Ebion, relaying information through state of the art security.
Now that I'm to this part, the ones who are being born are not human. They are artificial life forms - clones. Only a handful of survivors left from Earth are actually not a product of Crow and his forces.
Crow and his forces - Revive - are the ones behind all of this. And they're all Super Genuises. They were the ones who caused Earth to become what it is now.
The clones are brought in as teenagers. Everyone inside the domes are teenagers. Before they practically destroyed Earth, Revive took samples of most everyone's DNA on the planet. That is how they manage to clone so many people.
The Resistance are all survivors from Earth too. They broke away as Revive workers were bringing them onto ships going to Ebion, stole a very high-tech ship, and managed to set up their own force before Revive employees could find them.
Now onto why instead of actual babies, there are clones. Besides the fact that everyone taken to survive were too young to reproduce, Revive liked the power they had in their grasp, and decided to play God.
And, so the survivors, and even clones - who somehow acquired human emotions and longing - have no moments of pure desire and instinct, armed forces patrol the area of domes continually.

Okay, let's get to the rules and tie all the loose ends of all that stuff you had to read and (I) had to type.
Their are four regions - Delta, Endo, Phan, and Earth.
If you are in Delta, you're three years old.
Endo four years old.
In Phan, you're two.
And Earth, everyone is 15. Region Earth are the survivors.
You don't actually know tha are enslaved, even the survivors. Tehy brainwash clones while still in the eggsack, and brainwashed the humans anyway.
You are told that the only way for you to survive on this planet is inside the dome. Big fat lie.
But the Surivivors have strange dreams, and a feeling that everything isn't as it should be.
And The Resistance are made out to be bad guys.

OKAY! So the idea of this RPG is to do what you want! Listen to Revive, and do absolutely nothing at all, join the Rebels, and fight for justice(blah blah blah), be a guard and stop the revolters, or just go it alone and try to break out! Or something like that!
