For the most part, I found the E4 to be just as hard/easy as all other E4s. I think I struggled the most with Poppy and Larry. The others didn't really affect me much. There is always one E4 member I struggle with more than most people.
As for Greeta, well.... I was certain I was going to lose when I got to her because I struggled with Larry and was starting to get low on revives since I didn't buy many because money seems a lot harder to get this game than past games. But then I completely demolished her team. To date, she has probably been by far the easiest champion ever.
