Suggestion: Option for subscription notifications

    As it stand thread subscriptions will only notify you via e-mail, or if you check. I remember talking with Rika (was it?) about the notifications and she said she uses thread subscriptions in a different way to where notifications would be annoying, so as a best of both I'd like to see the options for subscription notifications in the tray, defaulted to off.

    The reason for this for me mainly is because I have a thread I manage in VG and would appreciate being notified of replies not just to read but to potentially whitelist players, take in suggestions, etc. It would help me out a lot, and others in the same position.
     
    This suggestion has been submitted for PCv5, but if it could be done sooner, I would also love it. I've got several threads I manage and would love to get a bit more notice on them! :)
