Proposal: ORAS OU Threat List

I'd like to revamp this threat list as an article. srinator's list is somewhat incomplete, such as missing checks and counters for Talonflame and lacking some notable methods of dealing with other Pokemon.

I intend to use a lot of sprites, so I want to get familiar with how we're formatting the WordPress articles before I do anything.

Seems like a good idea for a guide to me!

I'll let you know when we can test them out, but sprites (moving or otherwise) will certainly be able to be in articles.
