And Knight_Of_Arceus, I never understood how to ev-train. Do you keep it in your party and level up your pokemon or KO those ones?

What do I have to do to become a Brain? I'm almost a five star trainer and I've almost beaten the battle tower.
 
the requuirements for 5 star mean nothing really in compeitive play ... i just cant beat becuase they keep usding double team .... and toxic

wow, my Latios own'd you good lol... that's probably because he got Soul Dew on lol, I let you kill my Latios at the end when I use Surf against your Gyarados... my Latios is just too strong...

She's good? I though that was others. Anyway- I need to test out my team... and I have to EV-Train my Cresselia. It's Defense is kinda low.
