There are better Light Screen users out there than Reuniclus. These Pokemon are Klefki, which has Prankster to give the screens +1 priority, and Lati@s, which have more options to support the team further. Take note that dual screens are more suited towards offensive teams:

    Klefki:
    -Reflect
    -Light Screen
    -Fairy Lock
    -Foul Play
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Light Clay
    Ability: Prankster

    Latias:
    -Reflect
    -Light Screen
    -Healing Wish
    -Dragon Pulse
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Light Clay

    Latios:
    -Reflect
    -Light Screen
    -Memento
    -Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Light Clay

There's no need for Ferrothorn to have both Toxic and Leech Seed at once. Supporting the team with either Stealth Rock or Spikes is one of its staple perks:
    -Spikes/Stealth Rock
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip/Protect
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Iron Barbs

Jolteon is outclassed by other Electric Pokemon like Raikou because even though Raikou is slower, it doesn't roll over and die to virtually any hit. It can also make use of Assault Vest nicely, should you need that:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Volt Switch
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Grass)
    -Shadow Ball/Extrasensory
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/32 SDef/224 Spe (Assault Vest) or 32 HP/252 Atk/224 Spe (Choice Specs)
    Item: Assault Vest/Choice Specs

Mega Aerodactyl's common weaknesses make it extremely difficult for it to set up Hone Claws; it's better off all-out attacking:
    -Stone Edge
    -Aerial Ace
    -Fire Fang/Earthquake
    -Ice Fang/Aqua Tail
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 248 Atk/44 Def/216 Spe
    Item: Aerodactylite

Given Aerodactyl's Stealth Rock weakness, you need Rapid Spin/Defog support. Over Togekiss, use Starmie or Excadrill:

    Starmie:
    -Scald
    -Reflect Type
    -Rapid Spin
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/16 Def/244 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Hydro Pump
    -Psyshock/Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Natural Cure/Analytic

    Excadrill:
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rock Slide
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Mold Breaker

Gengar should just use max Special Attack/max Speed if it intends to go offensive. What's the use of Protect?:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Wave/Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Blast
    -Destiny Bond/Taunt/Substitute
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash/Black Sludge

    or
    -Substitute
    -Shadow Ball
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Taunt/Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave/Disable
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 28 HP/148 SAtk/80 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge

    or
    -Hex
    -Taunt
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Sludge Wave/Sludge Bomb/Substitute
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 8 HP/248 SAtk/252 Spe

I disagree with Klefki being a better dual screener, mainly because he can't use pain split and has less bulk and lacks regenerator. and I have no access to legit latias. Jolteons purpose is to finish off weakened pokemon with volt switch so the speed is needed. Note that I didn't post the EV'S because I forgot to write them down. But I do agree with the rest, would skarmory be able to set spikes and stealth rock better than ferrothorn?

Klefki is still superior because although it lacks reliable recovery, Prankster is key so that it can get at least one screen up before it gets Taunted. Given that your Reuniclus set is bad Taunt bait, Klefki has access to Foul Play so that it isn't fodder vs. physical attackers. Steel/Fairy is also a far more superior defensive typing than pure Psychic.

If you want a better revenge killer, use Talonflame because of its priority Brave Bird:
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 88 HP/252 Atk/168 Spe
    Item: Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Brave Bird
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SDef/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Tailwind/Steel Wing
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Gale Wings

As I already mentioned, Raikou has the bulk to tank hits, unlike Jolteon. 115 Speed is still pretty good.

The typing is much much better, and he is complete taunt bait, but I absolutely need the reliable recovery, I can add an attack in place of thunder wave for sure though. The bird is a great idea but he doesn't hit hard enough. I need to outspeed most pokemon and hit hard and I feel like only jolteon and aerodactyl can do that. You did help me a lot, don't think I'm being rude I just need to argue that way the best result comes out.

The main point of dual screeners is to get screens up, then get out; it doesn't matter if they get worn down in battle. I forgot another one of Klefki's perks: Fairy Lock If Klefki is about to go down after using screens, it can use that to prevent the opponent from leaving battle the turn after it's used so the appropriate attacker can come in and set up on it.

Even though Talonflame's Attack isn't the best, the high power of Brave Bird compensates for it. It can increase its Attack further with Swords Dance, which can be more easily done thanks to Reflect/Light Screen.

Don't forget there are priority moves still to finish off weak targets. I agree with Platinumdude that Raikou can take hits and still outspeed a lot of the pokémon in the tier it's OU now. If you really want you can give it a choice scarf and it will outspeed almost everything.

    Raikou
    Timid / Rash - Pressure
    Choice Scarf
    4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    - Thunderbolt
    - Voltswitch
    - HP Ice
    - Aura Sphere (event only) / Shadow Ball / Extrasensory

Also Latias has recover in it's move pool and I think a pokémon like Gardevoir or Espeon do a better job setting screen than Reuniclus. Last pokémon is bulky, yes ,but so slow. That's why you almost never see a Reuniclus outside a trick-room team.

    Gardevoir
    Timid - Trace
    252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    - Reflect
    - Light Screen
    - Memento / Destiny Bond
    - Taunt / Psychic / Psyshok / Moonblast

    Espeon
    Timid - Magic Bounce
    252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    - Reflect
    - Light Screen
    - Wish
    - Psychic / Psyshok

    Latias
    Timid - Levitate
    252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
    - Reflect
    - Light Screen
    - Recover
    - Draco Meteor

You're right, brave bird makes it stronger and faster, plus I can give it a choice band... You're right. But I need reuniclus to stay healthy throughout the battle so I can set up more than once. Thanks again, I'll get to slaving away trying to get gale wings talonflame.

Aye, latias and raikou are much better, but I have no way of obtaining them legit.

If you want I can clone a Latios and Raikou for you. Use a resetbag on them so you can get the EV's right.

Thank you, but I'm trying to play strictly legit. My only exception is an arceus I use as hm utility. Send me a message if you have a gale wings talonflame I can breed though.
